應(yīng)用文寫(xiě)作(One possible version)
Dear Sir/Madam,
Knowing from the Internet that you’re recruiting part-time journalists, I’m writing to apply for the post.
I believe I am equal to this job for the following reasons. First, I have been a journalist for my school English newspaper since I was in Grade One. Therefore, I’m experienced in collecting and writing news. Besides, I’m good at English writing and won first prize in a national English writing competition. I’d appreciate it if you could take my application into consideration. And I won’t disappoint your expectations.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours,
Li Hua
讀后續(xù)寫(xiě) (One possible version)
Paragraph 1
During the operation, my condition was worse than the doctor had expected. She didn’t think I would ever wake up again. Even if I did wake, I would most likely be a vegetable for the rest of my life. For a week or so, when it seemed as if the doctor’s predictions were going to come true, I finally woke. However, I couldn’t speak or move. I had three more operations. Slowly I could talk. With my parents’ encouragement, I spent countless time learning to sit, stand and walk by myself. Gradually, I became well again.
Paragraph 2
Now I still have a scar on my head, and it reminds me of the meaning of life. We all may suffer from some kind of “tumor” unexpectedly in life. No one knows when it will happen, and what we can do is face it bravely. So if you are unfortunately suffering from it, don’t be upset or give up. Believe that there is always a way to remove it. With your strong will and great efforts, you will fill your life with miracles finally.
